Venezuela. Demonstration at the Mexican embassy in Caracas.
Organized by Caracol Intergalactic Venezolano, la Cruz Negra
Anarquista y la Comisión de Relaciones Anarquistas. All of us
together for those detained at Atenco.

Chile. With the theme of, We are All Atenco, the SOCIAL UNIVERSITY
OF EDUARDO GALEANO held this 22 of May a day of Zapatista Films.
The purpose of this film day was to disseminate information about
the struggle and increase the networks of support and solidarity in
Chile.

20 of May

Ecuador. Demonstration in front of the Mexican Embassy in Quito.
Organized by the Ecuadorian Youth Committe in Solidarity with Cuba
and the Bolivarian Youth of Ecuador. Rebel Hip Hop and more for the
political prisoners of Atenco.

Colombia. Demonstration in front of the Mexican Embassy in Bogotá,
called for by collectives and organizations of the left.

France. At least 350 people gathered in the center square of
Beaubourg, in front of the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center. From
there they marched to the Mexican Consulate on Notre Dame-Des-
Victoires to protest the repression in San Salvador Atenco.
Organized by the Nacional Labro Confederation (CNT), Comité in
SOlidarity with the Peoples of Chiapas in struggle (CSPCL), Comité
in Solidarity with Indigenous peoples of the Ameritas (CSIA-
Nitassinan), Land and Liberty for Arauco, SCALP-Reflex and other
liberation groups.

Internacional Actions of May 19

Barcelona. Demonstration in Canaletes denouncing the repression in
Atenco. More than 150 people marched on the boulevards with signs
and chants supporting La Otra Campaña in an act convoked by the
Collective in Solidarity with the Zapatista Rebellion. At the end
they organized an information dinner at the Rosa De Foc Club.

Venice. Action in the center of the city with large signs demanding
the freedom of all political prisoners. Organized by Ya Basta.

Rome. Sit-in and blocking of the road in front of the Mexican
Embassy in Italy. The mobilization was convoked by compañer@s of La
Otra Roma, who after held a reunion and debate regarding Atenco at
the EX SNIA Self-attained Social Center.

London. Demonstration in front of the Mexican Embassy of the United
Kingdom.

Oslo. March from the Government Palace to the Department of Foreign
Affairs, in Oslo, to ask for a hearing and demand the freedom of all
political prisoners from Atenco, respect for human rights and an end
to police brutality and repression against the people of Mexico

Cochabamba. In the central plaza of this combative city in Bolivia
an act of solidarity was held and an information campaign about the
events of Atenco and regarding the situation of the compañeros
Mapuche imprisoned in Chile.

Salzburg. Sit-in in this Austrian city and public collection of
signitures demanding the freedom of the political prisoners from
Atenco and and end to repression.

Toulouse. There was a second demonstration in support of the people
of San Salvador Atenco in the center of Toulouse, France. On this
occasion a group of artists from Toulouse and Mexico united to
attract the interest of the tourists and passer-by's in the center
of the city.

Stockholm. A group of activists got together at the entrance of the
Mexican Embassy in Sweden. Organized by SAC and other libertarian
groups.

Berlin. In the capital of Germany there was a demonstration of 60
people in solidarity with the political prisoners of Atenco and to
demand for their release. They interrupted a publicity event by the
Mexican government in relation to the World Cup of Soccer. The
activists passed out flowers to the people present, each flower was
accompanied with a picture of the events that took place in San
Salvador Atenco.

Bahía Blanca. San Salvador Atenco was present in Argentina in a
special radio program organized by the Solidarity with Chiapas
Network of Bahía Blanca and Community Radio FM "from the
street". "We are all Atenco", was the title of the program.

Washington. The organization Mexicans Without Borders organized a
protest in front of the Mexican Embassy of the United Status. The
repressive government of Mexico was denounced in the belly of the
beast.

New York. The Barrio Justice Movement/Movimiento por Justicia Del
Barrio organized a demonstration in front of the Mexican Consulate
in New York, in repudiation of the brutal repression at San Salvador
Atenco.

San Diego. Protest in front of the Mexican Consulate in San Diego
called by the Zapatista Collective of San Diego.

Los Angeles. Protest in front of the Mexican Consulate in Los
Angeles. Two alters of flowers were constructed in remembrance of
our compañeros assassinated by the police. "Today Atenco, tomorrow
South Central Farm!", is heard from the various barrios in
resistance of LA.

San Francisco. Protest and handing out of flyers at the Mexican
Consulate in this city. At nightfall at the 24th street station of
the rapid train, from 5 to 7pm in the Mission barrio.

Alburquerque. Protest in front of the Mexican Consulate in this city
of New Mexico.

Chicago. The collective ChicagOtra protested in front of the Mexican
Consulate. At night they screened a video about Atenco in order to
raise funds for the compañer@s from Atenco.

Vancouver. At the Mexican Consulate that houses the offices of the
repressive government of Vicente Fox, there was a protest held and
information was distributed. They demanded punishment for those
responsible and freedom for all political prisoners. They then
marched to the center of the city were they held another
demonstration and set up an information table. Organized by La Otra
Vancouver and other organizations in solidarity.

Montreal. Mobilization in solidarity with Atenco in this city of
Canada.
